Subscriptions:
- Subscriptions are non-refundable once charged.
- Users may cancel their plan anytime; access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
Coins:
- Coins purchased for image generation or gifts are non-refundable.
- Coins do not expire and remain valid unless otherwise stated for limited-time promotional offers.
Refund Exceptions:
Refunds may be provided in the following rare cases:
- Duplicate payment (e.g., charged twice for the same service)
- Technical error (e.g., payment processed but features not activated)
