Request account & data deletion — MuseVerse AI Girlfriend

This page explains how to request permanent deletion of your MuseVerse AI Girlfriend account and all associated data (chats, generated images, profile, and related records).

How to request deletion

1. Email support@mymuse.app from the same email address you used to sign in.
2. In the email include:
   • Signed-in email address: (e.g., you@example.com)
   • MyMuse user ID (if known): (optional)
   • Text to include: “Please permanently delete my MyMuse account and all associated data.”
3. Type the confirmation phrase in your message: DELETE MY DATA

Verification & timing

We will reply to the same email address to verify the request (this protects your account). Requests are acknowledged within 24–48 hours and deletion is completed within 5 business days once verification is done.

What is deleted

• User profile information
• Chat history and generated images stored by MuseVerse AI Girlfriend
• Local references to subscriptions (payment accounting records kept only as legally required)
